CPA Jared George Oguta Ogutu Rading' is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Hornes Associates Ltd. He is an accomplished finance executive, corporate strategist, and governance professional with over 25 years of progressive leadership experience in financial management, corporate governance, institutional administration, strategic planning, and organizational transformation. In his role, he provides strategic leadership to advance the company's vision of delivering innovative, ethical, and client-focused professional services across Kenya and the East African region. Throughout his career, CPA Rading' has led and supported organizations in strengthening financial management systems, improving operational efficiency, enhancing governance structures, and implementing sustainable growth strategies. His leadership is founded on integrity, accountability, professionalism, innovation, and a commitment to excellence. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Maseno University, a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from Kenyatta University, and is an alumnus of Kisumu Boys High School.
